Le Mousson: a delicious, creamy duck mousse inspired by the original recipe launched by Paul Prédault in 1978. Prepared using French meat, this mousse will go perfectly well with your aperitifs and festive starters. 1.5 kg


Pork fat, 34% lean duck liver, 9.6% duck fat, lard, water, milk powder, sugar, salt, starch, Port, spices, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, shallot, colouring: paprika extract, preservative: sodium nitrite. May contain gluten, eggs and nuts. Duck, and French pork.
